This notice explains what WeHaul does with the information you give us when you ask for a price on this website.

What we collect

When you send the quote form we receive the services you picked, where the job starts, your name and phone number, and anything else you choose to add: where it's going, how much is moving, stairs and access, a preferred date, a description, photos and your email. The site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, give you a price and, if you go ahead, arrange and do the job. If another mover carries out some or all of your job for us, we share only what they need to do it (such as the addresses, the date and a contact number). The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. Your details are never sold or used for marketing without asking.

Where it goes

The form is delivered to us by email using Resend, an email delivery service. The website itself doesn't store your enquiry in a database.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't go anywhere are deleted within 12 months. If you become a customer, job and invoice records are kept for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it by emailing hello@wehaul.ie. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
