Sometimes it's just one thing: a sofa from a shop that doesn't deliver, a wardrobe from your mother's house, a washing machine that won't fit in the car. We collect it, strap it down properly, and carry it in at the other end.

When to book
Single items are the easiest jobs to fit in, so short notice is often fine. Weekends go first, so if you can do a weekday, say so.

Single-Item Delivery: your questions
Can you deliver a washing machine or fridge?
Yes. Fridges should travel upright where possible and be left to stand before switching on. We don't plumb in or connect appliances, so arrange that separately.
Will you carry it upstairs?
Yes, as long as it fits. Measure the stairs and doorways for big sofas and wardrobes, because it's the turn at the top of the stairs that catches most people out.
Can you collect from a shop or warehouse?
Yes. Have the order number ready and check the collection hours, then send us the details.
